We provide cleaning & sealing services for:

  • Concrete (Stamped & Aggregate)

We do not service asphalt driveways or walkways

Most likely you’ve made a significant investment in your hardscape. If it is not cleaned, sanded & sealed on a regular basis, it will begin to show signs of wear & tear such as:

How often do I need this service?

In most residential settings, approximately every 3 years.

Commercial properties may require more visits.

How long does process take?

Typically, a clean, sand, seal process takes 2-3 days.

Why is sealing important?

Sealing protects your investment by stabilizing the sand in the joints and protects your surface from stains, weeds, and UV rays.

When is the best time of year to have this service performed?

We recommend anytime between the months of April & November.

How long does the sealer last?

Most sealers will last 2-3 years.

What type of repair services do you offer? Do you install new hardscapes?

We repair raised/sunken pavers, replace edging or cracked/broken pavers.

We are not an installation company.

How long before we can use our Patio/Walkway/Driveway after service has been completed?

Typically, within 24 – 48 hours after the surface has completely dried. 

Do you use “child/pet friendly” products?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products.

Do you offer maintenance programs/packages?

We offer ongoing maintenance packages for our Residential & Commercial clients.

My patio is brand new. When should I consider having Hardscape Rehab seal it?

A newly installed paver surface must cure for 60 – 90 days after installation. It is then safe for a sealer to be applied.
